All services performed by students shall take place under the supervision and direction of a registered teacher.
All hair services include shampoo, conditioning, basic blow dry and finishing product if applicable.

Chemical Services
Prices may vary depending on hair length and density. Color includes first 2-2.5 ounces of color. Bleach includes first 2 ounce bowl of bleach. Fashion color includes first 4 ounces of fashion color. Shampoo and blow dry included with all chemical services.Children 9 years old and younger may not receive any chemical services. Children 10-14 years old need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Clients 15, 16 and 17 years of age need a parent or guardian's signature to receive any chemical or waxing service.

Phagans School of Hair Design is an accredited beauty school, which means that financial aid is available to students who qualify.
