At our Oregon beauty school we are carrying on the tradition started over sixty years ago by Wilma Lee Phagans’ Harrington, because we still believe that quality education is essential for career success. The first step toward that success is a solid foundation in the basics. We are committed to providing students with the skills and knowledge needed for entry level employment in the professional cosmetology industry. We pride ourselves in providing a positive learning environment at our Portland beauty schools that encourages mutual growth, support and self-esteem building.

Our programs provide a solid foundation which lead to licensure in Hair Design, Esthetics, Barbering and Nail Technology. By focusing on professionalism and holding ourselves to a high standard of quality education, we strive to produce graduates who can be an asset to their profession – not only in talent, but in attitude as well.

Phagans’ School of Hair Design, an Oregon beauty school is owned and operated by Diamond Pointe Limited. Our location is at 11860 SE 82nd Ave. #k-217, Happy Valley, OR 97086. We are nationally accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) and are members of the Association of Oregon Cosmetology Colleges and the American Association of Cosmetology Colleges.

Phagans’ School of Hair Design is licensed by the Oregon Department of Education, accredited by NACCAS and is approved to offer training under the Veterans Administration Programs
